Why East Dallas Personal Training?
We strive to provide exceptional coaching focused on technique, safety and positive environment to inspire our members' of all fitness levels personal growth. We use functional fitness just not in a commercial environment. Our strength and conditioning program has been proven to make you stronger and has a community like no other community.
Our Classes...
We limit our Group Personal Training classes to 3 members per class. Why did we change our focus? We wanted to be able to provide a more intimate/personal approach to our training unlike any other functional fitness facility. Are you in a class of 10, 20 or more with one coach? Can you walk up to your coach and they will know you Back Squat PR? We do! We are guessing you don't get coached and your coach doesn't know you well? So if you like more one on one personal training then this is for you.
COACHES
Our coaches are there to ensure you are executing the movements safely and effectively and to motivate you
to perform to the upmost of your ability. Our classes are in a group setting in order to encourage and create
a community environment.
Remember, this is just another step for you to commit to Repurpose your life style and reaching your goals in a
great environment.
