Group Personal Classes

Group Personal Training Class

Our Group Personal Training classes are designed with a Warm-up, Workout and a Cool Down.  The workout changes every day and can vary from just a strength workout to a metabolic conditioning to both!

Most importantly is our classes are limited to 3 members!  Our memberships are month to month and we offer the following memberships.

$200 Per Month for 2 Times Per Week

$280 Per Month for 3 Times Per Week

$380 Per Month for 5 Times Per Week

Or $30 per session.  We know that sometimes our schedules won't work together so this option allows you to come and drop into a class.
